VAULT Agrees to License JuxtaComm Patent From Teilhard Technologies

VAULT will become the exclusive licensee for the JuxtaComm Integration Platform in the parking management sector.VAULT entered into the exclusive licensing agreement to ensure that technology to be deployed in the North American parking management industry would not violate Teilhard's proprietary interests.
