Sonic Solutions Announces Fourth Quarter 2003 Financial Results Conference Call and Webcast

    NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2003--Sonic Solutions (Nasdaq:SNIC) announced today that it plans to conduct a telephone conference call and webcast following announcement of financial results for the Company's fourth quarter of fiscal year 2003 (ended March 31, 2003). The financial results will be released after the close of market on May 5, 2003 and the conference call will begin at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) the same day.

    Interested parties are welcome to call 415-537-1827 and request the "Sonic Solutions conference call" shortly before the designated start time. For those parties unable to participate in the live conference call, a replay will be available until May 12, 2003.
