Features: The ATF-52189 is a single-voltage high linearity, low noise E-pHEMT housed in a SOT-89 package. The device exhibits exceptional RF performance, power efficiency and product consistency in the 50MHz to 6 GHz frequency range.

• At 2GHz, the ATF-52189 delivers high OIP3 of up to 42dBm, P1dB of 27dBm and low NF of 1.5dB, requiring only 4.5V/200mA for DC biasing.
• The thermally efficient package measures 4.5mm x 4.1mm x 1.5mm with thermal resistance of 52 degrees C/W.
